Details: POSITION SUMMARY Molina Healthcare, Inc. is searching for a Physician Contractor for our Dallas, TX location to negotiate agreements with integrated delivery systems, hospitals and groups that result in high quality, cost effective and marketable providers. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS   Education: • High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree or equivalent work preferred Experience: • 5 years provider contract negotiation experience in the health care field, including, but not limited to provider’s office, managed care organization, or other health care field. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to interact well with all internal and external customers required • Ability to work and make decisions independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES • Initiate, negotiate, generate and track provider Letters of Agreement, contracts and amendments from initial draft to full execution. • Support network development throughout state to including researching, recruiting and negotiating with providers. • Participate in the evaluation of provider network and implementation of strategic plans to meet Molina’s network adequacy standards outlined in the QI Work Plan. • Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to physician, hospital and ancillary providers, clearly and professionally. • Assist in analysis and coordination of amendments, reimbursement, and language changes. Request information of billing codes, services provided and other information needed to complete the contract profile. • Coordinate preparation and routing distribution of documents to complete the contracting process in a timely and thorough manner. • Travel regularly throughout designated regions to meet targeted needs. Details: Director – Physician Services & Business Development Current opening for director level position responsible for assuring the reliable delivery of both Primary Care and Specialty Physician Services including long-term planning and oversight of day-to-day operations at all clinic locations.  This includes fiscal responsibility, staffing and scheduling, supply and equipment availability, policies and procedures, and process improvements.  Will work in cooperation with other members of the health care system and the community to provide health information through marketing and community education.  Maintains focus on patient satisfaction, clinical quality, operational improvement and financial performance and successful management within the CMH Medical Staff.
