Duties for this position would include: Providing overall direction and management for full-cycle recruitment strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices, systems and methodology. Assisting and advising hiring managers on all significant staffing and sourcing initiatives. Building and maintaining a vast network of professional relationships over time including passive candidate pools. Handling external advertising, applicant tracking, new employee orientation, employee referral programs, and management training on effective hiring. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends. Owning, managing and improving tools like training interventions, diagnostic tools and other resources. Selecting, appointing and managing third party vendors.
