Details: Epic Health Services, Inc. is a dynamic, rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization headquartered in Dallas, TX with regional offices in 15 Texas markets. The qualified individual will be responsible for daily communication with existing clientele and a staff of 75-125 medical professionals. Within this scope, primary responsibilities include:   Interviewing and hiring qualified staff Direct and indirect marketing strategies Employee/Client retention Staffing per client needs Client satisfaction New business development Revenue/expense accountability Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual revenue/expense reporting  This position is meant to be a grooming position for rapid advancement.
