Details: Customer Care Manager - CCMUnder very limited supervision, the CCM will report to the Manager of Customer Care. You will proactively lead the aftermarket product support business relationships for key National Accounts to ensure account control and customer satisfaction. This is a key driving role in delivering effective Material Handling business solutions including but not limited to Comprehensive Fixed Price Maintenance (CFPM), customized service, parts and training programs and Fleet Asset Management services. This will include securing existing business for the longer term as well as capturing new opportunities to grow key customer incumbency, account control and customer engagement.
