Details: The Business Consultant Opener Level 1 performs an inside sales function over a telephonic resource. The primary focus is to increase revenue through new business lead generation, acquisitions, product penetration, and/or account retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire pre-quals, increase customer retention, drive new account acquisition, build customer loyalty, improve satisfaction and drive profitable revenue growth;Building relationships with clients through providing a superior level of responsive customer service.Generate revenue by increasing the number of pre-quals received, contacting businesses and facilitating new account set up;Influence customers and potential customers on the merits of doing business with AdvanceMe, Inc. and generates customer pre-quals; Provide product information and selection assistance to customers; Conduct sales presentations via the phone;Maintain order information, phone, or other activity logs /reports as required;Maintain confidentiality of all customer and Company records and account numbersPerform other duties as required
